Psychedelic cannabis journeys
A guided, body-centered experience for inner exploration, emotional healing, and self-discovery.
Cannabis can be much more than a way to relax or unwind. With intention, music, and space to turn inward, it can open the door to a deeply personal, sometimes intensely psychedelic experience.
You bring your own cannabis. I bring my presence, experience, and guidance.
I offer guided psychedelic cannabis journeys for people who want to explore their inner experience through the body, rather than relying on thinking and talking alone. I help you prepare, stay with you through the journey, and make sense of what emerges afterward.
Which approach is right for you
I offer two ways to work with cannabis, depending on what you’re looking for and the kind of support you want.
Guided psychedelic cannabis journeys
For a dedicated, extended inward experience.
These journeys offer several hours of focused exploration, with preparation beforehand, guided support throughout, and integration afterward. What arises may include deep bodily sensation, emotion, memory, a new perspective, spirituality, or creativity.
This may appeal to you if you want to set aside time to turn inward in a supported setting.
Low-dose cannabis-assisted TIP
For focused somatic and relational exploration within a TIP session.
Here, cannabis is part of a Trauma Integration Protocol session. The focus stays on the present moment: bodily sensations, automatic responses, protective patterns, and relational dynamics. TIP sessions are also available without cannabis.
If you’re not sure which is the better fit, we can talk about your intentions in a free 15-minute consultation.
How we work together
1. Preparation
Before the journey, we discuss your intentions, your experience with cannabis, and what you hope to explore. We also talk through the setting, your comfort, and the support you may need. Preparation leaves room for the unexpected.
2. The guided journey
We begin with a guided body-scan meditation. From there, I support you in following your experience. Journeys typically involve several hours of inward exploration, with curated music, a comfortable setting, and my presence throughout. You remain in charge of your choices. We respect your boundaries and pace.
3. Integration
After the journey, we make space to reflect on what you experienced and what feels meaningful to carry forward. There is no need to turn every insight into an immediate change.
