Who I work with
I work with people who are curious about themselves, motivated to grow, and ready to explore their experience in a different way. You may have spent years trying to understand yourself, yet still find yourself reacting in ways you wish you could change.
This work moves beyond understanding alone. Rather than trying to think your way through a response, we pay attention to what’s happening in your body in the present moment.
What Helps This Work
Somatic work asks for a willingness to slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and stay curious about your experience. You don’t need to know what your sensations mean or be skilled at mindfulness. We develop this awareness together.
This approach may be a good fit if you’re willing to:
Notice your body’s signals
Become curious about sensations, impulses, changes in breathing, and other subtle responses.
Slow down and stay present
Practice paying attention to your experience rather than immediately analyzing, explaining, or trying to change it.
Make room for discomfort
Explore uncomfortable sensations at a pace that feels manageable, with support.
Work collaboratively
Bring your own experience, observations, and questions into the process. I won’t assume I know what your experience means; we explore it together.
The goal isn’t to force a response or push through discomfort. It’s to develop a different relationship with what happens inside you and discover new possibilities for responding.
How We Work Together
My primary approach is Trauma Integration Protocol (TIP), a structured, body-based process that works with present-moment sensations and the body’s natural responses.
Understanding can be valuable, but insight alone doesn’t always change our automatic responses. We work primarily with what’s happening in the body, in the present moment. I bring structure and guidance, while your experience helps guide the process.
I offer TIP sessions, medicine-assisted somatic support, and psychedelic cannabis journeys. Each has a different focus, and we can discuss which approach may be appropriate for your needs.
I am a certified TIP Foundations practitioner. I do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or prescribing, and I work within my training and scope of practice.
