Healing mind, body and soul

Psychedelic Cannabis Healing and Support

Guided Journeys • Self-Led Consultation

Psychedelic cannabis can be a powerful tool for emotional release, trauma processing, nervous system regulation, and deep inner work. Whether you are seeking a guided, held experience or support to explore safely on your own, this work is designed to meet you where you are, with care, clarity, and support.

🌿 What Is Psychedelic Cannabis Work?

Psychedelic cannabis, when used intentionally, allows the body and mind to access emotions, memories, and sensations that may have been stored or stuck. This medicine can support:

  • Emotional release and processing
  • Trauma recovery
  • Physical pain relief
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Insight and self-reflection

This work is done thoughtfully, with preparation, guidance, and integration practices that help you take the insights from your journey into daily life.

✨ Option 1: Guided Psychedelic Cannabis Journeys

For those who want a supportive, present guide during their experience.

What it is

A guided journey is a structured session where you are fully held, supported, and witnessed while you explore your inner world. My role is to provide a safe, steady presence and help you navigate whatever arises.

Preparation

Before your journey, we meet 1–2 times to:

  • Develop trust and rapport
  • Clarify intentions
  • Complete a safety questionnaire
  • Discuss any questions or concerns
  • Prepare for what may come up physically, emotionally, or mentally

Feeling nervous is normal — it often highlights areas where growth and healing are ready to happen.

During the journey

  • Sessions are typically 3 or 5 hours.
  • The experience is internal and done with eyes closed.
  • You maintain agency at all times. I provide support with quiet presence, verbal guidance, or gentle touch if needed.
  • Optional tools like CBN or breathwork may be included to deepen or adjust the experience.

Somatic and emotional release

It is common to experience:

  • Tremors, shaking, or involuntary movements
  • Waves of emotions, including grief, joy, or fear
  • Physical sensations such as pressure or tension
  • Memories, imagery, or subtle insights

These reactions are normal and welcomed; they are signs the body and nervous system are releasing what has been held.

Integration

After your journey, we meet 1–2 times to process the experience, reflect on insights, and explore how to integrate lessons into your daily life. Integration is vital — often considered 75% of the work, with the journey itself representing 25%. Tools like journaling, movement, art, and time in nature can help ground the experience.

A supportive therapist or somatic practitioner is recommended to assist with deeper integration and emotional processing.

🔥 Option 2: Consultation for Self-Led Psychedelic Cannabis Journeys

For those who prefer to journey alone but want guidance, preparation, and safety support.

What I provide

  • Guidance on legally sourcing and blending cannabis products
  • Tips on dosing, pacing, and enhancing your journey
  • Assistance with setting intention, music, timing, and environment
  • Support in anticipating and navigating somatic and emotional responses
  • Integration strategies for post-journey reflection

This work is designed to be repeated, helping you gradually develop a deeper, safer relationship with cannabis as a medicine. Over time, this approach supports nervous system regulation, trauma release, and emotional resilience.

How I Hold Space

I meet you where you are, with steady presence and compassion. You remain in control of your journey; I provide guidance and support as needed. Every reaction, feeling, or sensation is welcomed and held without judgment.
