When insight isn’t enough, the work begins in the body
You may understand your patterns and know what you want to do differently, yet find yourself freezing, people-pleasing, struggling to say no, or feeling overwhelmed in difficult moments.
Trauma Integration Protocol (TIP) is a structured, body-based approach that helps you work with your nervous system in the present moment. Through mindful awareness and gentle tracking of bodily sensations and impulses, the process supports the completion of interrupted protective responses and helps build greater capacity for choice, boundaries, and connection.
The goal isn’t simply to understand yourself differently. It’s to develop more freedom in how you respond, relate, and move through life.
I offer four non-clinical ways to work with these moments, each grounded in body awareness, pacing, and practical choice.
Core offerings
Trauma Integration Protocol (TIP)
My primary body-based service. Track present sensations, breath, and impulses to complete interrupted stress responses without needing to retell trauma stories. Available in Baltimore and online.
Psychedelic Cannabis Journeys
Intentional, inwardly focused journeywork using client-supplied cannabis under your state laws. This includes thorough preparation, calm guided holding, and grounded integration.
Medicine-assisted somatic work
For individuals with a ketamine prescription from a medical provider or those using legal cannabis. Clients supply their own medicine, while I provide somatic support to facilitate the experience.
Using the Trauma Integration Protocol (TIP), sessions incorporate medicine to support deeper somatic awareness and trauma integration. Through mindful awareness and body-based tracking, we work with the body’s responses to support the processing of unresolved experiences and build greater capacity for connection, boundaries, and choice.
TIP Practitioner Mentorship
Deepen your practice. Strengthen your presence. Build confidence in your work.
Individual mentorship for trained TIP practitioners who want to refine their skills, explore questions arising in sessions, and deepen their understanding of presence, pacing, boundaries, and nervous system responses.
Bring cases you’d like to review, challenges you’re navigating, or questions about your work. Mentorship also offers space to deepen your own personal process and explore how it informs your presence as a practitioner.
A supportive space to gain perspective, strengthen your discernment, and continue growing in your practice.
